Our hospital features separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, dedicated cat-only consulting rooms, and a warm, professional reception team to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Whether it’s a routine vaccination, surgery, or the treatment of an unexplained illness, we are committed to providing the best care possible for your pet.

We’re proud to have been awarded the highest level of Cat Friendly Clinic accreditation, recognising our comfortable, thoughtfully designed cat journey throughout the hospital and our exceptional standards of feline handling and care.

Our dog ward is spacious, comfortable, and carefully designed with your canine companion’s wellbeing in mind. We also have an enclosed garden, allowing for regular walks and outdoor time while your pet stays with us.

We also provide expert care for exotic pets, including reptiles, birds, and small mammals, with tailored advice and treatment to meet their unique needs.

Fast, accurate results with comprehensive diagnostics

At Westover Vets, we offer a wide range of diagnostic services to ensure your pet receives the best care possible, including endoscopy, radiography, and ultrasound. Our dedicated CT suite allows for advanced imaging whenever it’s needed. Additionally, our in-house laboratory provides fast and accurate blood, urine, and cytology tests to help us quickly diagnose and treat your pet.

Exceptional surgery, routine to advanced

Should your pet require surgery, we have two fully equipped operating theatres—including keyhole surgery facilities—offering everything from routine neutering to complex fracture repair. Led by our expert surgeons, our team can perform most procedures in-house.

Our dedicated dental suite includes advanced x-ray technology to assess tooth roots, ensuring painful or diseased teeth are removed for a pain-free mouth and improved long-term health.
